We need 2-3 days of preparation time, and you will receive and email when your items has been dispatched along with tracking number. Your purchase will arrive in between 7-15 business days. Please contact us directly if you have any problem with the delivery.

We would gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days after receive of the item(s), and send it within 30 days after receive of the item(s). You may choose between to resend the item (if we have it in stock), and to receive refund. Please bear in mind that you will bear the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
There is no return nor refund for customized items and items with reduction price.
